About Us
More than a decade has passed since Corsicana ISD witnessed this much change. A new superintendent. Four new board members in three years. Six campuses with new principals this fall. It signals a new era, a chance to create a new identity and build upon the rich traditions of the blue and gold. It’s a chance to ... Dare to Be Different, or #DBD. The new district motto will also be its new hashtag on social media, #DareToBeDifferent, or #DBD. It’s a sign of new things to come for CISD.

The future is bright for Corsicana High School Debate. You might even argue it’s now. Four sophomores placed at the UIL meet Thursday, and two are headed to state in March.

One day after the nation remembered Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Corsicana High School senior Paige Cates was among those recognized during Navarro College’s 12th annual scholarship breakfast named for the American civil rights hero.

Both Corsicana High School boys and girls soccer matches scheduled for today have been postponed to Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Tickets are available for the Corsicana High School football banquet. The public is invited to celebrate the Tigers at 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30 at the CHS Commons. The guest speaker is former Tiger all-state defensive back Ben Jessie.

Talented senior twins Ja'Shaun and Ty'Shaun Lloyd recently committed to taking their athletic skills to San Marcos as they signed letters of intent to join the track team at Texas State University.
